Key hire at training services firm
A company specialising in vocational training services in health, hygiene and environmental services, has announced a key hire.
Environmental Excellence Training and Development Ltd has appointed Marie Mathews as business development executive.
Marie moves into the role following 14 years as head of curriculum at Sandwell College, working across several functions within the college including, Change, Strategy and Operations Contract Management, Bids, Traineeships, Kickstart programmes and other Government initiatives.
Working with stakeholders across the Black Country, Birmingham and Solihull DWP, Sandwell Hospital and NHS trusts and various West Midlands employers, Marie has established, developed, and maintained an enviable client base as well as a remarkable reputation for successful projects.
Director Delia Cannings said: “Marie 's extensive working experience of training and education which includes proficiency in funding opportunities, entry level to degree level qualifications, traineeships, sector-based academies and pre-apprenticeships makes Marie the ideal person to lead Environmental Excellence Ltd into the next phase of our strategic development.
