Kind Consultancy achieves Thrive At Work award
Kind Consultancy have been awarded Foundation status by the Thrive At Work program operated by the West Midlands Combined Authority.
Thrive At Work is a “workplace commitment with criteria and guidelines on creating a workplace that promotes employee health and wellbeing”, with four tiers tracking the progress of a business documenting and proving how they enable their employees physical and mental wellbeing.
With a current team of ten, Kind Consultancy is one of the smallest organisations to be part of Thrive.
Founder and managing director Lynsey Moore explains: “We’re a small team achieving big things, and it’s always been key for us at Kind Consultancy to create an environment that isn’t just a big corporate recruitment firm in miniature.
“We’re a really collaborative team, we always look out for each other and share knowledge and learning and I wanted to be part of Thrive to say that we, as a company, are looking after our staff in every way we can.”
This is Kind’s second major recognition as an employer this quarter, having recently received a People’s Platform award from Hyer, a new project recognising outstanding company culture.
Over 10,000 companies were assessed for their commitment to fostering an employee-centric company culture – and Kind was one of less than 100 to make the cut.
Kind will now work with Hyer on producing 12 months of content discussing and promoting their employer brand – as they continue to progress through Thrive’s stages of achievement.
