Lil-Lets UK kicks off their support for Solihull Moors Foundation
Local company Lil-Lets UK Limited have announced their partnership with Solihull Moors Foundation, where they will be working jointly to promote health and wellbeing throughout the borough, and at the same time supporting the Women’s Team for the remainder of 2024-5 season.
This support will include a contribution for sponsorship of the team, providing player workshops and volunteering for the holiday clubs. Alongside this Lil-Lets will be providing access to period products via the Foundation’s community hubs to promote period equality, whilst offering practical advice and guidance for all life-stages (from first periods through to Menopause).
Hayley Bauristhene, marketing lead for Lil-Lets, said: “This marks the start of an exciting time for Lil-Lets and the Solihull Moors Foundation and we’re proud to be helping provide access to products and education for our local community, taking away any stigma around having periods. We know that many girls drop out of sport when their periods start, and we want to encourage them to keep active. We hope our partnership enables everyone to reach their potential, in whatever route they choose whether this is on or off the pitch.”
Edward Parker, Solihull Moors Foundation chairman, said: “This partnership with Lil-Lets provides the foundation such an opportunity to be a voice on female wellbeing which is so important. I know it will be incredibly empowering to the players, supporters and those who rely on the Foundation's services and I very much hope this can be the start of something which is impactful.”
