Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce (GBCC) are undertaking an extensive survey of members ' views to help shape the future of its services for thousands of businesses.

Earlier this year the GBCC agreed a new three-year business plan and strategy and as part of that it wants to understand more about members ' engagement to help further refine services and support.

The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete and as a thank you for taking part members can choose to opt into a prize draw for a chance to win a table for 10 at the GBCC 's annual dinner and awards on 16 March, 2023.

The survey asks about membership experience, the benefits members value, how they like to communicate with the Chamber and they also have the opportunity to provide ideas for improvement or enhancement of benefits and experience.

Members who do not receive email updates from the Chamber can click here to add contact details to their membership (link to [email protected]).

Katrina Cooke (pictured), the GBCC 's chief commercial officer, said: “Every response really does count and we look forward to sharing key findings and next steps from the survey later this year. ”

A link to the survey will be sent to members next Monday (August 1).
