The Mental Wealth Revolution’s Jules Mitchell has delivered a national masterclass for The Health & Beauty Association, supporting senior professionals across the UK health and beauty sector to strengthen their capacity to perform under sustained commercial pressure.

Jules (pictured), founder of the West Midlands-based Mental Wealth Revolution, led the session Ignite Your Brilliance: The Capacity Reset for 2026 as part of the Association’s Spring 2026 Digital Programme.

The masterclass addressed a growing but often unspoken reality across modern business: professionals can be outwardly high-performing while internally operating in a sustained state of biological survival.

Founded in the West Midlands, The Mental Wealth Revolution works with professionals, leaders and organisations across the UK to strengthen human capacity and support sustainable performance.

This survival-driven mode is often normalised within leadership and commercial roles, where targets, responsibility and constant change place relentless demands on decision-making.

While effective in the short term, operating in this state over extended periods can gradually erode clarity, confidence and leadership effectiveness.

During the session, Jules said: “You can be delivering results, leading teams and meeting expectations, yet your internal system is under constant load.

“Many professionals are operating in survival without realising it.

“Over time, this reduces clarity, emotional stability and decision-making capacity. Our work is about understanding and strengthening human capacity so leaders can remain clear, effective and sustainable in their roles.”

The masterclass was designed for professionals working at the commercial frontline, including senior roles across sales, marketing, category management and leadership.

These roles often require individuals to make high-stakes decisions at pace while managing complex stakeholder demands and performance expectations.

Rather than focusing on traditional wellbeing or stress management approaches, the session explored the biological foundations of performance under pressure.

Participants gained a deeper understanding of how sustained pressure affects cognitive function, behaviour and emotional regulation, and how strengthening internal capacity can support clearer thinking and more effective leadership.

Debbie Rix, chief executive officer of The Health & Beauty Association, said: “From the moment I engaged with Jules, I was impressed with her energy and passion to support people to become the best version of themselves.

“Hearing her presentation to our membership, I realised that she really understands the neurological science behind our responses to stress and how that impacts mental health.

“Yet her style of delivery makes it simple to process with highly actionable recommendations to improve. She has a very engaging presentation style and I would highly recommend her for any company or business that wants to support their teams build mental and emotional health resilience and to perform at their optimum levels.”
