Education firm, The Leadership Coaches have launched three new courses for individuals, leaders, and managers who are interested in taking their leadership and coaching skills to the next level.

The courses are titled as 'Developing a Coaching Style ', 'Managing with a Coaching Style, and 'Leading with a Coaching Style '.

Developing a Coaching Style is aimed at anyone within an organisation who is interested in developing a coaching style so that they can enhance their capabilities.

Meanwhile, Managing with a Coaching Style is aimed at managers who will use coaching in every aspect of their role.

Leading with a Coaching Style looks at how leaders can use coaching to lead the organisation. A fully virtual refresher course is also available.

The courses are comprised with 5 modules. Four of them are two hours long while he final one is spread across half a day.

These three new courses can be delivered virtually or by face-to-face. To support individuals in developing their practice, these courses are additionally interspersed with one-to-one coaching supervision.

Speaking about the new courses, director of Coaching Zoe Lewis (Pictured) said: “Increasingly, we were being asked to develop and deliver programmes either to introduce coaching as a skill or to develop this skill for leaders and managers.

“With this in mind, we designed these three programmes so they can be deployed from peer-to-peer conversations to key challenges faced by managers in using coaching as a practical everyday management tool. They can also support leaders in looking through a strategic lens using a coaching mindset.

“I was keen to ensure we didn 't lose the bespoke aspect of the work we do with each organisation, so these programmes are fully flexible to work with each organisation 's uniqueness, whether that be current challenges deploying strategy or ensuring values and core strategy are aligned in the programmes. ”

Officially launching on Wednesday, 9 November at this year 's CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition in Manchester, keep an eye out for more information about these newly developed courses over the next few weeks.
