New website to drive digital solutions firm forward

Right Digital Solutions has launched a new website as it looks to showcase a wider product portfolio and enhance its service offering for customers throughout the UK.

Over the past 16 months the team, have worked on a variety of tasks including a new IT infrastructure, new offices, new commercial partnerships, a significant recruitment drive, new service divisions and a long list of accreditations including Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001, 9001 and 14001.

Tim Hubbard, sales and marketing director at Right Digital Solutions, said: “It really has been a very busy time for us over the past 12 months, everything the team here at RDS has achieved was essential to ensure our readiness for 2022 and our growth plans.

“The new website was the final piece of the puzzle, demonstrating the broadened range of products and services, knowledge hub and a call to action via the Digital Health Check. I am delighted with the look and feel of the new site, it captures the spirit of the team, a fresh approach and an effective showcase ”.

The website was designed and built, in partnership with Union Room, a digital marketing agency based in Newcastle.

The new website reflects the company 's 30 years ' experience and heritage as a leading independent provider of managed digital solutions in the UK.

RDS says the new website is the first phase of the marketing team 's customer engagement programme.

The site is set to become central to all of the ongoing company communications, as well as a planned 24 hour hub for customer support via a new customer service portal, which is currently in the works.

The site features emerging trends, industry news, how-to guides and videos accompanied by a monthly e-newsletter.
