Sales expert joins Chamber 's second round of training masterclasses

Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce will commence their next Sales Training Masterclass course this month.

After the success of the first sessions in September, the GBCC are excited to see the two new sessions take place on 17 November.

The morning session will be focused on 'Listening - what the customer REALLY wants to buy ', and the afternoon session will be focused on 'Negotiate & close more profitable business '.

Trainer Keith Rozelle (pictured) from Sales Marvel will be teaching attendees many different strategies to take back to their companies and implement in their role. Keith has 30 years of experience in technology sales with companies such as HP, BT as well as a range of SME 's.

Speaking about the 'what the customer really wants to buy ' session, Keith said: “Customers want you to solve a problem that they 've got, and your expertise in your particular subject will help you uncover it, using the right methods, the right techniques, the right strategies to really uncover what the customer 's issue is. ”

Sales and upselling is vital in many businesses and with Keith 's guidance, companies will be able to trial what they have learnt and watch their business bloom.

Topics include learning how to detect if someone does want to buy from you by asking the correct questions but avoiding a lengthy Q and A which wastes time, learning how to avoid common mistakes and how to build and maintain trust with prospects, as well as how to negotiate and close more confidently.

From understanding what your customer needs, to finishing the sale so the customer returns and has a great experience, the sessions include it all.
