The UK’s leading spare parts distributor, Parts Town UK, have been a pillar of the local community for over 20 years.

Not only do they provide the foodservice industry with the UK’s largest stock of OEM spare parts, accessories and consumables, they also organise numerous fundraising and industry events throughout the year to support the local community and to raise money for charitable causes.

With their Headquarters in Cannock, Parts Town UK’s central UK location and state-of-the-art event and training facilities act as an industry hub, hosting key events in the industry’s busy calendar.

From association training demo days to OEM dealer days and annual conferences, Parts Town UK’s latest industry events included the 2024 NHS Chef Event. It was a three conference which brough together healthcare professionals from across the UK to discuss key topics within the healthcare industry including food seasonality, sustainability and food waste.

Community is at the heart of Parts Town UK’s operations.

Being one of their six core values, the spare parts distributor is always looking for new ways to support the community.

Each year they choose their Charity of the Year as well as supporting the local Cannock Food Bank throughout the year and especially around the festive season.

Last year, their charity of the year was chosen by their colleagues’, and the Parts Town UK team collectively chose Macmillan Cancer Support.

2024 saw Parts Town UK’s events team organise several fundraising events all to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Pancake Day in February marked Parts Town UK’s first charity fundraising event of 2024, with the teams in their Cannock and Heywood offices enjoying a fun-filled day of eating delicious pancakes cooked and prepared by leading OEM oven manufacturer Rational.

The fun didn’t stop there with other events throughout the year including Macmillan Coffee Morning, their Halloween Spooktacular and most recently Christmas Jumper Day.

As Parts Town UK look towards 2025, their head of marketing Julian Fisher said: “The fundraising we do each year at Parts Town UK is extremely important to us.

“Being able to represent, involve and support the local community makes what we do even more rewarding. 2025 will be another busy year for us, full of events and fundraising as we continue to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.”
