A new survey has been launched by HCR Law to tackles the employment landscape’s changes and what they mean for employers and staff.

The survey follows the latest Future Workspaces report, published recently, which has identified three key challenges being experienced by businesses at different stages of their journey.

The challenges include resistance to new ways of working following the pandemic, adaptation to a new workspace and workforce and leveraging change as part of growth.

Omer Simjee (pictured), partner in the Employment and Immigration team at HCR Law said: “The report discusses what the future of the office looks like for businesses and employees.

“In order to keep our findings up-to-date, we need more input from both employers and employees.

“Workspaces, workforces and HR practices are evolving rapidly – our aim is to share learning and experiences to help employers adapt.

To both employers and employees I would say by taking this survey you have the opportunity to shape our next report, which in turn will offer invaluable insights on the future of the office.”

The new survey covers questions including current career stage, how artificial intelligence is used in respondents’ businesses, skills gap concerns and wellbeing and mental health.
