Touchwood celebrates trio of award wins
Touchwood Solihull has announced a remarkable achievement, having secured three awards in as many weeks, recognising excellence in customer service, business leadership, and environmental innovation.
The winning streak began with the Customer Commitment Award at the Solihull Chamber of Commerce Awards 2025, held at the National Conference Centre. This accolade celebrates Touchwood’s dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences and fostering community engagement.
Just days later, Touchwood was named Business of the Year 2025 at the Birmingham Awards, a city-wide celebration of entrepreneurial spirit and business excellence. This recognition highlights Touchwood’s role as a leading retail and leisure destination in the West Midlands, known for its innovation, sustainability, and vibrant visitor experience.
Capping off the trio of honours, Touchwood received a Green Apple Award for Environmental Best Practice for its “Feed the Worms and Bug Hotel” initiative. This project, part of Touchwood’s wider sustainability programme, boosts biodiversity, reduces food waste and engages the community in sustainable practices. The award will be formally presented at the Houses of Parliament in November by The Green Organisation.
Tony Elvin, general manager of Touchwood Solihull, commented: “To be recognised across such diverse categories – customer service, business excellence, and environmental innovation – is a testament to the passion and commitment of our entire team. These awards reflect our values and our vision for Touchwood as a place where people, business, and nature thrive together.”
Touchwood continues to lead the way in sustainable retail, community partnerships, and customer experience, setting a benchmark for excellence in the region.
