Webinar to outline free employment access programme
A free webinar organised by the Serco restart scheme is set to advise employers and recruitment agencies about securing job vacancies.
The webinar is scheduled to take place on Thursday, 18 April at 12.30 pm.
The Restart Scheme, a part of the Government’s wider ‘Plan for Jobs’ programmes, aims to enhance skills for individuals to secure long-term, meaningful employment.
Serco delivers the Restart Scheme in partnership with 15 delivery partners across West Central England, on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
The webinar is hosted by Serco head of employer engagement Claire Lane (pictured) who will guide through the process featuring examples from businesses who have already benefitted from their fully funded service.
Claire said: “Please join us for our latest webinar on the 18th of April where we will discuss the Restart Scheme and how we can support recruitment needs at your organisation. Our focus is on getting the right people to fill your positions and we currently have over 2000 people looking for roles in Birmingham so we'd love to find out more about your organisation, your recruitment requirements and how we could support you at no cost to your business. We look forward to seeing you there!”
