Workplace campaign to focus on employee wellbeing
A workplace support services organisation is launching a workplace campaign focusing on employee wellbeing.
Aquarius Life’s Workplace New Year campaign offers an educational approach to behavioural change, with a focus on the wellbeing of staff.
For delivery before the end of March 2024, Aquarius Life, based in Bristol Road, Birmingham, will provide:
- three x 45 minute awareness webinars focussing on alcohol, drugs and gambling. No limit on attendance.
- An on-site promotional awareness stand, providing four hours of educational conversations and brief support conversations as well as the provision of online posters and educational materials.
- A three-hour engagement skills workshop for 20 participants, developing difficult conversation skills for key stakeholders in Human Resources, Health and Safety, Occupational Health and supervisory or management positions.
In addition, every organisation that utilises these services will be invited to attend online provider forums where Aquarius Life will provide guidance on managing real scenarios that are presenting in your workplace.
Ann Marie Powney, substance misuse specialist at Aquarius Life said: “This time of year is indeed a time to celebrate with family and friends.
“However, it can also be a very harsh time of year for so many too. Our training programmes never dictate that we can’t enjoy ourselves, so this campaign highlights being aware of when alcohol, drugs and gambling can take over.
“The impact can affect not only the individual, but their family, home life and certainly the workplace, where most of our time can be spent.
“We want everyone to know there is no stigma. Often there are reasons behind issues developing, whether they be more recent concerns or longer-term problems – we can support at any stage.
“Early intervention is always best, but equally it’s never too late to look at making changes. Our programmes are delivered by a team of qualified and experienced staff who are passionate about their work, delivered with sensitivity and respect for all.”
This campaign will be delivered for a fixed fee of £950 plus VAT. To find out more, email [email protected] or call 0330 0083 965.
