The Future Faces Mentorship Scheme first launched in October 2022. Since then, we have matched over 300 mentors and mentees. The impact on young professional development, confidence and personal development has been incredible!
The scheme matches Future Faces members with a mentor for six months. They then organise monthly meetings to work on their objectives, aspirations, and career goals together. We’ve had some incredible feedback already!

Some of the best advice I've ever received is from a mentor. An individual who had experienced what I was about to.
A credible person that actively listened to me, showed empathy, and was honest. And I'll never forget moments like that.
It's why I love mentoring others and therefore delighted to be a part of the Future Faces scheme. If I am able to encourage and empower others to develop, or to identify and achieve career goals, whilst correcting gaps in their (and my own) generic skills and knowledge, and then increase their confidence along the way, then my world becomes a better place.
I do this as much for them as I do it for myself.
The mentorship programme so far has been a brilliant experience. There has been excellent support for us as Mentors, with an online workshop about how to mentor effectively and get the best from the process, as well as a really insightful and engaging social event where we got to learn more about each other and the benefits of the scheme.
My mentee and I have been brilliantly matched based on our experience and challenges and I can't wait to see what we both achieve at the end of our 6 months together.
