Poppi is an Advanced Paralegal in Enoch Evans Dispute Resolution & Litigation Team. 

Commencing her legal career in January 2018, she has practiced in both high street firms and an international law firm, all of which have significantly increased her knowledge.

Choosing an alternative route into law she successfully completed her Level 3 Paralegal course with CILEx Law School and is currently in the process of completing her Solicitor Qualifying Examination (SQE).

Poppi specialises in Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution, offering her clients support with Professional negligence; Shareholder/Director disputes; Injunctions; Contractual disputes; Property litigation and Debt Recovery.

Poppi is also Vice Chair of her local Junior Lawyers Division (JLD).

Sukie Shemar

Partner & Head of Corporate & Commercial Department , Enoch Evans Solicitors

Sukie is an Equity Partner and Head of Enoch Evans Corporate & Commercial Team, and also the firms Commercial Property Team.

After completing her training with a city firm, she joined Enoch Evans in 2003 becoming a Partner in 2007.

Sukie advises businesses of all sizes from large plc’s, multinationals to SMEs, and is engaged across all sectors.  She also specialises in the Healthcare sector,  undertaking Mergers and Acquisitions in the Healthcare sector specifically pharmacy and care homes, with the team recently completing an acquisition deal of 36 pharmacies worth £18 million.

Sukie and her team have been recognised in the Legal 500 the independent guide to law firms in the UK, as a recommended firm for Corporate and Commercial services.
