Background: What is CBAM?

The Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) is a landmark EU regulation designed to curb carbon emissions by applying a carbon price to imports of specific goods. Its goal is to create a level playing field between EU-manufactured products and imports from countries with less stringent climate policies. With the UK set to introduce its own CBAM in 2027, it’s essential for businesses to stay ahead of these developments.

This comprehensive training course is tailored to help participants navigate the complexities of CBAM compliance. Designed for companies operating within the supply chain of CBAM-covered goods, the course offers in-depth insights into the regulatory framework, reporting obligations, and practical strategies for compliance.
