Emma is the Careers Mentoring Officer at Arden University and manages the ACE Mentoring Programme. Since joining Arden in 2024, Emma has developed and launched the universities first Mentoring pilot, successfully matching 100+ participants and helping to level the playing field by facilitating meaningful mentoring connections. With over five years’ experience supporting students in a Higher Education setting, Emma is passionate about widening access to professional networks, particularly for students from under-represented backgrounds. She is an active member of the Graduate Futures Institute Career Mentoring Task Group and co-chair of the national ‘Mentoring Community of Practice’
