  • Who can attend the GBB Expo?

The Expo is open for both Chamber members and non-members. Booking is advised, but we will accept walk-ins on the day. All exhibition stands must be booked and confirmed by Friday 5th June 2026.

  • How do I book an exhibition stand?

To purchase an exhibitor stand, you will need to choose BOOK NOW and select your free delegate ticket then add-on the exhibitor package you wish to purchase.

Once booked and paid, an exhibitor information form will be sent to you which must be completed in order to confirm your stand. You will then receive an email confirming your booking, and further details will be provided nearer the time.

You can check you have booked the correct exhibitor package by logging into your Chamber website account and visiting 'My Event Bookings.'

  • Is my exhibition stand confirmed?

Once you have completed your online booking, you will be sent a form to complete. Once this form has been completed, you will receive an email confirming your stand.

  • Is catering provided?

Limited tea and coffee will be provided for all attendees. Exhibitors will receive unlimited tea and coffee. Lunch vouchers are only included in the Half Stand Plus, Standard Plus and Premium stand options. Cash catering will be available on the day. 

  • How do I attend the Silent Seminars?

The Silent Seminars will operate on a first-come, first-served basis on the day, for a maximum of 40 people. We recommend arriving to the seminar space 10 minutes before your session starts to secure your place.

  • Are there any discounts available for exhibition stands?

Our new packages cater for all budgets. If you wish to exhibit at more than one of our expos, you will receive a discount- please contact [email protected] for more details.

  • Do you run other expos?

Yes! We run three expos throughout the year across the Greater Birmingham region. Please see below:
