To receive the president’s report on the last year’s activities

To elect new Executive Committee members. Also, to confirm current Executive Committee members, Vice Presidents and President, and any elected or co-opted members following nominations & elections, if required

To announce the newly selected Royal Sutton Coldfield Chamber of Commerce Charity of the Year

Those standing for office must be an individual whose business is a member of the Royal Sutton Coldfield Chamber of Commerce.

Apply to become Charity of the Year
The Royal Sutton Coldfield Chamber of Commerce is now inviting applications for its Charity of the Year for 2026–2028. Applications are open to both Chamber members and non-members.
Every two years, the Chamber selects one charity to support through its fundraising activity, while also helping to raise awareness of the vital work it delivers within the local community and wider business network. You can find out more and view the eligibility criteria here.
There are two ways to apply:
- Nominate a registered charity you would like to put forward and encourage them to complete the application
- Apply directly as a registered charity by submitting your own application via the button below
