Over twenty-five years of experience working for some of the major UK blue chip companies such as JCB, JLR, AGCO Massey Ferguson and leading Global first tier Automotive suppliers Optimas Fastener Solutions , IAC Group (Plastic Interiors) and now within interim consultancy world at Cummins Inc, Luxfer Gas Cylinders in the Hydrogen Market and Fairline Yachts within the Marine Industry.I have now added Defence industry to my portfolio.
My career has progressed initially from Junior purchasing roles to Senior Global Category Purchase Manager, Global Strategic Sourcing Project Lead, NPI Launch Manager and now Senior Specialist Procurement Consultant.
I take pride in building and leading teams, driving and developing purchasing strategies, installing effective team management and direction. Procurement Transformation projects are a key element to my skill sets and I have successfully completed a number of these projects. I have never failed to achieve business set or individual set objectives / targets and take pride in improving my team's overall individual procurement skillsets.

Amanda Jackson is the Owner and Managing Director of Beacon Mental Health Training, a company dedicated to improving mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. With over 20 years’ experience working with SMEs and multinational organisations, Amanda delivers practical, evidence-based training that helps people thrive both personally and professionally. As a qualified coach, neurodiversity and mental health awareness instructor as well as an Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner, she combines behavioural psychology with real-world workplace insight to create lasting change. Amanda also supports a number of charities, volunteers with her Labrador, Max, visiting local care homes through Canine Concern, and is an active member of the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce.

I’m Logan Khan originally from Tamworth, an accountant and founder of The Boss Partnership. I started the business in 2005 to help business owners understand their finances, plan for the future, and grow their business's.  My goal is to take the stress out of accounting and make business decisions easier. I believe good financial support isn’t just about numbers — it’s about people, trust, and helping clients feel confident in their next steps.

I’m also a trustee at St Giles Hospice along with my work with Lichfield and Tamworth chamber of Commerce.
