The awards evening will begin with a drinks reception at 6pm and will finish at 10:30pm

When is the deadline to submit an awards entry?

How many categories can I apply to?

An organisation can apply for up to 2 categories only, however you can submit multiple entries for the Unsung Hero Award

I am a non-member, can I submit an awards entry?

Yes, applications are open to businesses who are members of the Solihull Chamber and/or who are trading in the following postcode areas: B26, B27, B28, B36, B37, B40, B46, B90, B91, B92, B93, B94, CV4, CV5, CV7, CV8

When is the deadline to purchase tickets?

Friday 21st August 2026 at 23:59

Do I need a physical ticket?

No, we do not send or post physical tickets. A confirmation email will be sent with an e-ticket around one week before the Awards

What happens if I need to cancel my ticket?

Please submit a cancellation request through the Chamber portal. If you cancel your ticket within 30 days of the event, you are not entitled to a refund

Do I need to bring confirmation on the day?

Please show your e-ticket on the day when asked by venue staff or the Chamber Events Team. If you have booked multiple places or a corporate table, the e-ticket must be forwarded to all of your guests

How do I pre-order drinks?

An email will be sent to the lead booker with a form to complete, which must be returned directly to the venue; please follow the instructions contained within the email. The Chamber cannot pre-order drinks on behalf of companies

I am the lead booker for my company. Will details be sent to all my guests?

No, as the lead booker, once you have been sent your final confirmation email including your e-ticket, you will need to forward this onto any guests attending

Can I edit my booking details?

Yes, you can manage your account and edit names and dietary and/or accessbility requirements. This also applies if you are the lead booker for your guests. If you want to book tickets and do not know the names or dietaries of your guests, this can be left as 'tbc', thereafter you can add any dietary and/or accessbility requirements up until Tuesday 1st September 2026 23:59

I have been shortlisted for an award. How do I claim my ticket?

If you have been shortlisted for an award, you are entitled to one free ticket. Log into your Chamber portal account using the same email address you submitted your application with. Click ‘book now,’ select you are attending and a free of charge ticket will appear. You cannot claim a ticket on behalf of someone else

What does my ticket include?

A drinks reception, 3-course meal and entertainment. If you wish to purchase drinks during the duration of the night, a bar will be available (card payments only). Pre-orders will also be available via a form sent by the Chamber Events Team

When is the deadline for confirming dietary requirements?

Tuesday 1st September 2026 23:59. We cannot guarantee any later requests

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes, a cloakroom will be available throughout the duration of the event

Is there parking?

There is free onsite parking at The National Conference Centre

What is the dress code?

Black Tie or National Dress

Will I find out my table number before the event?

No, table numbers and seating plans are not available until arrival on the day. On some occasions we may share table numbers beforehand, however these are subject to change up until the day of the event

What is the age restriction?

This event is strictly for people aged 18+. Anyone under the age of 18 will not be permitted

Who will I sit with?

Seating arrangements are conducted by the Chamber Events Team. The full seating plan is not available until arrival on the day. If you would like to sit with another organisation, please email the Chamber Events Team to make them aware. These arrangements are at the discretion of the Chamber
