When and where will the expo take place?

Thursday 26th March 2026 at Cranmore Park, Cranmore Avenue, Shirley, Solihull, B90 4LF.

What time does the expo open?

The expo will open at 10:30am and will end at 1:30pm.

Who can attend the expo?

The Expo is open to both Chamber members and non-members and we ask all who wish to attend to book a place in advance.

Is there free parking on site?

Yes, there is ample free parking on site on a first-come, first served basis. You will not be required to register your vehicle on arrival.

How do I book an exhibition stand?

To purchase an exhibitor stand, you will need to click BOOK NOW and select your free general admission ticket then select the exhibitor package you wish to purchase. Once booked and paid, an exhibitor information form will be sent to you which must be completed, to ensure your company features in our digital expo guide.

You can check you have booked the correct exhibitor package by logging into your Chamber website account and visiting 'My Event Bookings.'

What is included in an exhibitor package?

We have a number of different exhibitor packages on offer to suit different businesses and budgets - click here to view our range of exhibitor stands.

When is the deadline to book an exhibition stand?

Thursday 12th March 2026 at 23:59.

I am exhibiting, can items be delivered for my stand?

Yes - details on how to send items to the venue will be shared once you have booked your stand and completed the exhibitor information form.

We would not recommend large, bulky items for a half stand and you will not be able to request additional stand space on the day.

What happens if I need to cancel my exhibition stand?

Please submit a cancellation request through the Chamber portal. If you cancel your stand within 30 days of the event, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Is catering provided?

Tea and coffee will be provided for all attendees and cash catering will also be available on the day. Exhibitors will receive lunch vouchers only if they have purchased an exhibitor package including these.

Are there any other sessions taking place during the expo?

Yes - we have the Solihull Economic Snapshot from 9:00am - 10:30am and the Solihull Chamber Annual General Meeting from 1:45pm - 2:45pm, both also taking place at Cranmore Park.

We advise registering a place on the dedicated event page for both sessions.

Do you run other expos?

Yes! We run three expos throughout the year including the Solihull Expo; Royal Business Fair and the Greater Birmingham Business Expo. You can exhibit at all three expos and enjoy multi-event discounts. To find out more, please contact [email protected]
