Join a talented pool of individuals striving to support a thriving business community.  We are on the lookout for a Project Coordinator to join us at the Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce. This is a permanent position.

As a Project Coordinator at the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of International Programmes and the project team in the achievement of departmental objectives through the accurate and timely execution of administrative tasks.

The role is crucial in keeping our business support programmes running smoothly and efficiently. Acting as the central link between internal teams, external stakeholders, and our clients, you’ll ensure that every detail is organised, every deadline is tracked, and every opportunity is captured. Your work will directly support the success of local businesses — from helping them access funding to streamlining their journey through our services — making you a key part of our mission to drive growth and prosperity across Greater Birmingham.

To be successful, you will have strong written and verbal communication skills, evidenced by GCSEs or equivalent in English & Maths, You will have experience of working with a CRM system and will be proficient in the use of MS Office packages, especially Word and Excel. You will be a creative problem solver with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You will have good organisational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A full UK driving licence is essential.
