Michelin star restaurant launches new dinner series

Simpsons restaurant in Edgbaston is using a star-studded line-up of chefs to launch Simpsons & Friends, a series of dinners throughout 2022.

The first, on Wednesday, May 11, features Galton Blackiston, a regular on James Martin 's Saturday Morning in ITV and owner and chef patron of Michelin-starred Morston Hall in Blakeney on the Norfolk coast.

He will cook alongside Simpsons ' chef director Luke Tipping by serving six courses, including Norfolk asparagus, raw Aberdeenshire beef and pigeon encroute.

Simpsons ' chef patron Andreas Antona said: “Mortson Hall received its first Michelin star 23 years ago, so combined with our 22 years at Simpsons, we have a total of 48 years of Michelin-starred experience under our collective belts. ”
