What motivated you to join the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce?
Joining the Chamber gives us greater access to Birmingham's business community, helping us build relationships with potential partners, sponsors and supporters. It also raises our profile within the regional business network, increasing awareness of our work and creating opportunities for collaboration that support our long-term strategic and fundraising objectives.
How has the Chamber helped you connect with other businesses or clients?
As a specialist healthcare provider, this extensive reach has enabled us to engage with a wide variety of businesses, charities, professional services, and community organisations that we may not otherwise have connected with. The Chamber's ability to bring together organisations of all sizes and sectors has helped us raise awareness of The Harborne Hospital across the region and build valuable partnerships that support both our organisation and the communities we serve.
What have you achieved as a result of becoming a member?
We have benefited from numerous opportunities to build and strengthen relationships through a variety of networking formats, including 1813 Club dinners, webinars, speed networking sessions, and Brumbassador events.
The opportunities are endless! One of our favourite events hosted by the Chamber was a leadership day where we worked with wild horses. It was a very inspiring experience that offered valuable insights into leadership, communication, and teamwork.
Joining the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce has been incredibly valuable for The Harborne Hospital. It has provided an excellent platform to raise awareness of our services and showcase the exceptional healthcare offering available at The Harborne to local businesses and organisations across Birmingham and the West Midlands.
Through a wide range of networking events, business forums, and relationship-building opportunities, we have been able to connect with professionals from across the region and highlight the benefits of accessing world-class healthcare close to home.
