The Insight and Intelligence Services team have extensive experience in delivering research services across a broad spectrum of topics and methods. Case studies

Delivered in 2020, the Insight and Intelligence Services team produced a report for the Department for International Trade, including extensive analysis based on sector, size and exporter status. This research was informed by additional questions in the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce’s Quarterly Business Report.

As well as an in-depth report covering key findings and offering recommendations for Birmingham City Council and local businesses, this research included a tailored survey and focus groups with young people in Birmingham.

Stakeholder Engagement
