'Bold new approach ' helps change consultancy get results

Birmingham-based change consultancy Entec Si has launched a bold new business plan which has already led to some new client wins.

The firm boasts a strong pipeline of clients across a range of sectors, including local government, not-for-profit and the NHS.

This also includes a number of some newclient wins, including the Heart of England Mencap.

Entec Si says its bold new business plan also includes a focus on mutually beneficial partnerships.

Over the years, the business has noticed that while a number of consultancies specialise in technology implementation, very few have the capability to support with the change management elements of the process.

So, it is looking to make the most of its distinct offering by forming strategic partnerships with companies providing complementary services.

This will enable Entec Si to optimise the value it provides to clients by helping them to benefit from a broader range of expertise.

From a people perspective, the pandemic has allowed the business to transform its approach to recruitment, introducing another level of flexibility.

While geography used to be an important consideration during the recruitment process, the move to remote working has opened up Entec Si to wider opportunities.

For the first time, the business is able to decide on the best person for the job purely based on their skills, and experience to give the best blend to support the client 's needs, rather than where they are located.
