A hotel near Sutton Coldfield has teamed up with the UK 's only Doctor of Wellbeing to create 'the ultimate reboot ' for teams reuniting after the easing of lockdown.

Lea Marston Hotel, along with The Abbey Hotel in Redditch and Hilton Warwick, will join forces with Dr Andy Cope for 'The Ultimate Team Reboot ' - an initiative allowing organisations to book an off-site venue and take part in training and activities that will allow them to reacquaint and reenergise.

Dr Andy has spent two decades researching employee engagement and he wraps up all this analysis and learning into a world-renowned training workshop called 'The Art of Being Brilliant '.
He explains: “The partnership with the elite hotel group makes perfect sense. The teams need a get-together to help them thrive, it has to be much more than just a delivering a business update.

“The teams need to hit the ground running and to be able to take the 'new normal ' by storm.

“Our Team Reboot is designed to do exactly that! It is designed to super-charge the team, which will be of great benefit to them and in turn, of course their customers.

“This first face-to-face opportunity will only present itself once. It 's important not to waste it.

“Taking it offsite will create a wow environment and our team will create a wow experience. We guarantee there will be a huge business benefit. Best of all, the teams will leave with clarity of purpose and a spring in their step. ”

Dr Andy and Lea Marston say the 'training and refocus days ' will offer teams a renewed sense of productivity and purpose.

Emma Lawrence from The Lea Marston Hotel said: “We have the world class venues and Andy has the best training in the world it 's a perfect match!

“We have an incredible team and we believe it is so important to invest time in them, and at the moment, it is the perfect time to give them a boost. ”
