Amanda Bert (pictured) brings a high-level HR expertise and deep-rooted operational experience with her background uniquely suited to the firm’s mission of providing practical, real-world solutions to give employers confidence in managing their teams.

The hiring marks a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing expansion, strengthening its capacity to support a growing portfolio of clients across the UK.

Amanda joins the team with an impressive track record in the logistics, warehousing, and retail sectors.

She also has operational experience within retail providing an "on-the-ground" understanding of the daily challenges businesses faces.

Her professional history includes working as an HR manager for Logistics and Warehousing, where she navigated complex compliance and workforce demands in high-intensity supply chain environments.

She has also worked as a customer service manager in retail, bringing a people-first, solution-oriented approach to organisational culture. In addition, she has experience as a Training, Learning and Development (L&D) advisor, specialising in upskilling teams and building sustainable internal talent pipelines.

Amanda is CIPD Level 5 qualified in Human Resources, ensuring that her advice is grounded in the latest professional standards and employment law.
