A fast-growing Solihull accommodation has launched a digital booking platform for businesses.

StayForWork, founded in 2023 by Adam Bassett and Courtney Cardin and based at the Blythe Valley Innovation Centre - owned by Solihull Council and managed by the University of Warwick Science Park - has grown from a kitchen-table operation to achieving a seven-figure turnover in under two years.

Rising demand for contractor accommodation prompted the pair to move from their initial base in Knowle to Blythe Valley Innovation Centre, where the company has continued to scale at pace.

Since their move, StayForWork now provides access to more than 20,000 properties across the UK, housing workers on projects lasting from a fortnight to several years.

Its model focuses solely on workforce accommodation, supplying fully furnished serviced properties with equipped kitchens, all bills included, and cleaning and maintenance as standard.

The company has now launched a digital platform that allows employers to browse, book and manage accommodation nationwide, which StayForWork hopes will unlock even more growth.

The StayForWork team continues to handle support throughout each stay, offering an end-to-end service distinct from hotel chains or other short-stay platforms.

With a growing UK footprint, accelerating demand and a digital-first approach, StayForWork says it is well positioned to continue reshaping how companies manage workforce accommodation across the country.
