Accountants expand further with two appointments
Accountancy firm Azets has further scaled its East Midlands team, with two heavyweight appointments. Mark Brayshaw joins as tax partner and Alex Bolton as director with Azets Wealth Management.
Joining as tax partner, Mark has an array of experience, most recently heading up the local Intellectual Property division at a mid-tier firm.
He primarily deals with privately owned businesses, supporting clients with tax opportunities and challenges. With nearly 20 years in the industry, Mark started his career with HMRC where he qualified as a senior tax inspector, completed his ACCA qualification and worked in Whitehall.
His experience spans a range of business sizes, as well as tax investigations. Mark will be based from Azets ' Nottingham and Coventry offices.
As a qualified chartered financial planner, Alex joins Azets ' Wealth Management as director. With over 17 years ' experience, Alex 's specialisms include retirement advice, investments, trusts and inheritance tax planning.
In recent years Alex has achieved the Investment Management Certificate and a qualification with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. He is also a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society.
