Acivico supports Birmingham City Council major Perry Barr regeneration project

Acivico has supported Birmingham City Council in managing compliance across one of the city’s most significant recent regeneration programmes.

The Birmingham-headquartered building consultancy played a key role in the Perry Barr Estate regeneration project, in which the council invested more than £320 million to deliver around 750 apartments.

As buildings on the site moved through different stages of construction, completion and occupation, the estate effectively became a combination of active construction project and occupied residential development, requiring close collaboration between the council, delivery partners and on-site teams to manage standards and compliance.

Acivico supported the council in maintaining compliance requirements throughout the changing project phases and handover arrangements - with the complexity of managing the estate increasing as three of the four buildings were completed and handed over as turnkey properties.
