Acquisition strengthens accountancy firm’s presence

Warwickshire-based accountancy and advisory firm The Arkk Alliance has acquired DSL Accounting in a deal for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition strengthens the company’s presence in Leamington Spa and represents a further step in its growth plans across Warwickshire and the wider West Midlands region.

The business employs 20 people and supports approximately 1,250 clients across the region from its offices in Leamington Spa and Knowle.

The practice provides a broad range of services including accounting and compliance, tax advisory, employer services and outsourced finance support for owner-managed businesses and growing SMEs.

Founded in 1997, DSL Accounting has built a strong reputation in Leamington Spa and the surrounding area over more than 25 years.

The practice brings five team members and a portfolio of long-standing owner-managed and SME clients into The Arkk Alliance.

All five DSL team members have joined The Arkk Alliance and will continue in their roles, ensuring continuity for clients and preserving long-standing relationships built over more than two decades.

For DSL clients, it is very much business as usual.

The same team remains in place, now supported by the wider expertise, systems and resources of The Arkk Alliance.

The integration provides access to a broader range of services, including tax, wealth and corporate finance solutions, while maintaining the personal service that clients value.

The acquisition has now been completed, with the DSL team operating from The Arkk Alliance’s Leamington Spa office.
