ActionCOACH Solihull launches practical half day masterclass to help businesses grow

ActionCOACH Solihull is hosting a practical half-day masterclass designed to show business owners how small, targeted changes can have a disproportionate impact on profitability, often without increasing workload or risk.

The Business Growth Masterclass will take place on Wednesday, 25 February 2026, from 9.15 am to 12.30 pm, at Cranmore Park, Cranmore Avenue, Shirley, Solihull, West Midlands, B90 4LF. Complimentary places are available for Chamber members.

During the session, attendees will be guided through a set of proven coaching tools used globally by ActionCOACH to identify where profit is being held back and which minor adjustments can unlock meaningful gains.

Rather than focusing on wholesale change, the masterclass will demonstrate how businesses have achieved profit improvements of up to 61 per cent by refining a handful of key areas.

A core focus of the masterclass will be what ActionCOACH calls "leverage", achieving ever more with ever less.

Participants will learn strategies to spend more time working ON their business rather than in it, a vital skill for growing enterprises where owners often find themselves trapped in day-to-day operations.

The session will also explore the "7 Keys to a Winning Team" and demonstrate techniques that have helped thousands of UK clients improve team productivity and commitment.

Attendees will discover how to attract, retain and motivate staff to build a cost-effective team that drives results.

The session is aimed at established SMEs with teams in place, where activity levels are high but leaders’ sense that effort and outcome are no longer aligned. Guest speaker James Vincent will share practical insights alongside the ActionCOACH Solihull team.
