Marketing agency EDGE Creative is celebrating triple award recognition.

At the recent 2025 Lord Mayor of Birmingham's Business & Culture Awards hosted at Millennium Point in Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield-based EDGE Creative was named ‘Small Business of the Year’, celebrating the agency’s commitment to innovation and impact across the region.

EDGE also scooped the ‘Excellence in Skills Partnership’ Award from WW Skills West Midlands and Warwickshire, along with being awarded the honorary ‘BMet’s Fellowship Award’, granted once a year to the college's most valued employer partners.

EDGE founder and creative director, Louise Pinnington, said: “We are incredibly grateful and extremely proud to have our continual hard work supported and recognised through these three incredible awards.

“They celebrate not only the creativity and dedication of our team in delivering outstanding results for our clients and the wider business community, but also our ongoing commitment to supporting and developing the next generation of marketing professionals.

“Creating genuine pathways into the industry and widening access for emerging talent sits at the heart of our commitment to the sector.

“We provide students with real exposure to the commercial world of work to help close the gap between education and the realities of a highly competitive industry.

“I know first-hand how difficult it can be to get your ‘foot in the door’ of agency life, which is why we involve students in authentic, multi-disciplinary projects, from problem-solving and delivering client briefs within budgets and brand alignment, to experiencing the pressures and pace of real agency environments.

“Young talent needs to recognise that marketing isn’t just about great creative, it’s a collaborative, strategic, and results-driven discipline.”
