Agency delivers new website to help events firm expand reach
Web and digital agency Netbiz Group has delivered a new website for national business KDM Events.
Boasting more than 30 years ' experience in the events industry, KDM Events pride offers event solutions to clients across the UK.
As part of the business ' pan to increase its client base on a national scale, KDM Events appointed Netbiz Group to design and develop a new website that combined a corporate design with a fun feel.
Tasked with the project, Netbiz Group worked closely with KDM Events to ensure that user experience was at the forefront of the design, to ensure that visitors can easily access everything the brand has to offer.
Netbiz delivered a website that splits the company 's services into two on a new homepage - Conferences and Meetings, and Team Building and Events.
The new KDM Events website now also boasts strong UX features, calls to action throughout and a venue finder tool.
As part of the project, Netbiz Group were tasked with improving the websites SEO, (search engine optimisation).
Having previously achieved strong local search results for KDM Events, the expert team at the Staffordshire-based digital agency shifted SEO focus to target more generic, national search terms, to increase the likelihood of reaching the businesses target market.
Technical manager at Netbiz Group David Farmer said: “We had some fun creating this website for KDM Events.
“We explored different design options for separating their team building events from their conference management services and delivered a solution that had the right balance of fun and corporate styling.
“The end result has continued to improve their existing search engine rankings (for hundreds of national search terms!), given the team at KDM much more control over their content and given a platform for growth and future development. It was a genuine pleasure to work with all of the team at KDM Events."
