AGENTC, a research-led consultancy and implementation partner, has announced that it has been named as an OpenAI Select Partner within the OpenAI Partner Network.

The announcement comes as AI business transformation becomes AGENTC’s biggest growth area.

Building on many years of research experience through its MRFGR division, the consultancy is helping organisations apply AI to how they operate, with the aim of increasing their capacity while keeping costs under control.

The OpenAI Partner Network is a global program that brings together partners with deep industry expertise, delivery capabilities, and customer relationships while equipping them with resources, enablement, and support to help enterprises adopt OpenAI frontier models and products and turn them into measurable impact.

As an OpenAI Select Partner, AGENTC will continue working with OpenAI to help organisations build, deploy, and scale AI solutions responsibly and effectively.

This work will help organisations put GPT-6 Astra to work across more of their business, using deeper reasoning and computer use to complete complex workflows and deliver finished work.

Stephen Essex (pictured), founder and CEO, AGENTC said: “This is a big moment for us. AI business transformation has become our biggest growth area, and it’s central to where we’re taking AGENTC.

“We see real potential for businesses to develop new services, serve more customers and grow their capacity while keeping costs under control.

“We’re bringing our experience in research and business transformation to that work, together with the capability to build the solutions and support the teams using them.”

AGENTC’s research experience, including work through MRFGR, its specialist Research & Insight division, spans organisations including Tesco, Waitrose & Partners, the NHS, Virgin Media, the London School of Economics, Gousto, Shelter and the Natural History Museum.

That experience informs how AGENTC approaches business change.

In one research project, an online service provider used customer satisfaction evidence to understand where its digital experience was creating friction.

The findings gave the organisation a clearer basis for deciding which improvements to prioritise.

Across its wider work, AGENTC helps organisations understand what their customers need and use that evidence to make better-informed investment decisions. Findings can shape services that are easier to use or help a business develop a clearer proposition for its market.

The company also helps organisations communicate with their audiences through content that makes complex information easier to understand and act on.

Work with leaders and teams supports the adoption of new ways of working, so changes can become part of everyday operations.

By connecting information across the business, digital systems and automation can reduce repeated effort and give decision-makers a clearer view of performance. These capabilities support organisations across commercial, public and social impact sectors.

AGENTC brings this wider understanding to its AI business transformation work. The team examines how a proposed solution fits into the organisation’s existing operations and what it will mean for the people using it.

Priorities and measures of success are agreed before solutions are built and tested. After launch, the team helps people use the system and reviews whether it is delivering the intended results, making adjustments as the organisation’s needs change.
