Agilyx celebrates five-year anniversary with specialist ‘Ripple Effect’ workshop
Birmingham-based global tech firm Agilyx celebrated their give year anniversary with a specialist workshop delivered by Chamber member Sharon McCormick from The Listening Centre.
The workshop, held at their STEAMhouse office, focused on team culture and communications with role play scenarios in digital delivery.
Managing director Harpal Mattu, said: “As the proud managing director of our EMEA business based in Birmingham’s STEAMhouse, it is exceptional to see how far the team and our business in the UK has progressed as we celebrate our fifth birthday with our talented team.
“Whilst getting the team together always entails a celebration, it was good to get my friend Sharon McCormick from the Listening Centre to deliver a great workshop entitled the ‘Ripple Effect’.
“Sharon used the opportunity to align our success to our values and culture, while exploring scenarios that could have detrimental impacts on a fast moving change consultancy environment that we exist in and bring to life the impacts of complacency.”
