Apprenticeship and training provider brings talent focus to major exhibition
Realise, a UK provider of apprenticeships and vocational training and a member of the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce, will be exhibiting at the world of learning conference and exhibition.
The exhibition will take place at NEC Birmingham on 6 and 7 October and is one of the leading dates in the calendar for learning and development professionals.
On stand E200, the team will be showcasing Realise’s range of entry-level apprenticeships for young people, including customer service practitioner Level 2 and its recently launched Level 2 administration support apprenticeship, which is fully funded by the Government.
Visitors can also find out more about Realise’s future talent employer pledge, which aims to recruit at least 500 businesses across England to commit to taking on a young apprentice.
Businesses of all sizes have already signed up, from small employers to well-known names such as Selco Builders warehouse, Transport for London and Wickes.
For organisations looking to develop their existing people, the team will also be discussing Realise’s Level 3 apprenticeships, including HR support and learning & development, as well as its higher-level programmes, including associate project manager Level 4, learning & development Level 5 and people professional Level 5.
Karen Matthews, director of business skills at Realise, said: “Entry-level apprenticeships are an effective way for businesses to bring fresh talent into their teams, and through the future talent employer pledge we want to open doors for thousands of young people starting their careers.
