Arrive Alive and Wentworth & Rose keep hearts beating in Harborne

Britain’s only registered charity of its kind Arrive Alive has become the charity partner of Wentworth & Rose Property based in the heart of Harborne, Birmingham.

Arrive Alive, founded by a Birmingham based mother, is Britain’s only registered charity of its kind dedicated to funding and developing voluntary operated 999 vehicles supporting West Midlands Ambulance Service. 

Saving lives is the key part of Arrive Alive’s mission, a publicly accessible defibrillator and bleed kit has also been installed onto the side of headquarters of Wentworth & Rose just off the Harborne High Street.

Jack Simpson, director of Wentworth & Rose, said: “Wentworth and Rose are delighted to be supporting the Arrive Alive charity who do such important work locally. The provision of a defibrillator at this end of the High Street we hope will contribute towards saving lives along with raising the awareness of its location.”

With the installation of the publicly accessible defibrillator and bleed kit it could benefit local residents, the patrons of local eateries and bars in addition to local business owners. Anyone could need the help of a defibrillator or bleed kit at any given time.

The defibrillator and bleed kit has also been registered onto the circuit with West Midlands Ambulance Service.”
