Artist produces Birmingham-themed Christmas cards to support communities
A Birmingham artist is giving businesses the chance to send a little Brummie spirit to their clients this Christmas, while raising money for grassroots community causes across the city.
Jacqui Roberts, of Jacqui Ann Designs, has created a collection of Birmingham-themed corporate Christmas cards in partnership with LoveBrum.
She will donate 25p to the charity for every card ordered.
The hand-drawn designs celebrate the city’s people, places and character. Each card can carry the customer’s business logo on the front alongside local landmarks, with LoveBrum featured on the back.
Businesses can choose from Birmingham, Edgbaston, Harborne, Solihull and Sutton Coldfield designs.
LoveBrum supports small grassroots causes across Birmingham, helping organisations and community groups make a difference to people’s lives.
Jacqui said: “As a Brummie, it’s great to be able to support LoveBrum and give back to the city in which I was born.
“Customers don’t receive many Christmas cards nowadays, which is great news for local businesses, as a Christmas card from where your business is based can have a real impact.
“This year, by adding a charity donation at no additional cost to the business, local businesses are making a difference in the local community too.”
Adam Heard, charity manager at LoveBrum, said: “At LoveBrum we are all about raising civic pride in Birmingham, so we’re delighted to be working with Jacqui on these beautiful Christmas cards featuring her hand-drawn designs.
“It’s a great way for businesses to share a little bit of Brum this Christmas while also giving something back to the communities that make our city so special.”
