Aspiring leaders take part in management course

A cohort of emerging leaders from a range of sectors and professional backgrounds have completed their development journey with Cannock Chase Chamber member Performance Through People.

Throughout the programme, participants shared experiences and strengthened their leadership capabilities in a structured, supportive setting.

Much of the programme’s success was attributed to tutor Melissa Parkinson, whose guidance and professionalism ensured that each participant had the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and develop confidence in their leadership approach.

Attendee Amarni Springer Johnson from Aaina Hub said: “The leadership and management course is phenomenal.
