Aston University launches new master’s programme to help businesses benefit from AI
Aston University is offering a new master’s programme designed to build an understanding of how generative artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies can shape business models.
The programme - MSc AI for Business Transformation – has been co-developed with industry partners through Aston’s Enterprise Innovation Centre.
It is designed to equip students with cutting-edge knowledge of AI technologies to make students highly employable in today’s evolving job market.
AI has already impacted people's lives day-to-day, but it also has a wider impact on businesses and their operations. In the fast-evolving world, businesses need to embrace AI tools and be ready for an AI driven revolution.
The programme blends technological insight with strategic business acumen, preparing graduates for dynamic roles driving digital transformation across industries and is being delivered by Aston-Capgemini Centre of Excellence for Enterprise AI.
It offers students guidance on how to use AI and analytics-focused tools, which together with essential leadership and change management capabilities, will equip course participants with the skills needed to lead organisation's business transformation processes.
Students will also have the opportunity to participate in professional development sessions and to gain the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) Artificial Intelligence Fundamentals Certificate, validating foundational expertise in AI.
