Aston University strengthens global reputation with top 100 FT European ranking
Aston Business School has been named amongst the top 100 in the 2025 Financial Times (FT) European Business Schools ranking.
The European classification is based on a business school’s performance in a number of other Financial Times' rankings over the last 12-month period.
The University’s Executive Education programme achieved a notable standing, placing 81st worldwide, while the full-time MBA also delivered strong results, ranking 41st in Europe.
Aston University’s Executive MBA (EMBA) graduates reported positive career growth, earning an average salary of $170,735 (£129,395) just three years after completing the programme – a 47 per cent increase compared to their pre-course earnings.
Aston Business School is part of an elite group of global business schools that hold the gold standard of ‘triple-crown’ accreditation from AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS. It follows an excellent performance in the 2025 Eduniversal Business School Rankings, where it placed 11th in the UK.

Out of the European business schools featured, Aston Business School is ranked 90th overall and is 15th in the UK.
The annual Financial Times European Business Schools Ranking is a composite ranking based on the combined performance of Europe’s leading schools across four main rankings of programmes published by the FT.
