Staffordshire-based Nicola Kathryn Coaching is launching a new four-week online coaching programme to coincide with the onset of autumn and nature’s reminder to pause and reflect.

As the nights draw in, Nicola Kathryn (pictured), a new Lichfield & Tamworth Chamber of Commerce member, is launching the autumnal programme designed to help individuals reduce stress and refocus their goals.

Designed for busy individuals and business leaders alike, the Autumn Reset Series blends breathwork, meditation, intention setting and guided journaling to help manage stress by calming the nervous system while creating the space to recharge and refocus priorities.

Starting 8 September, each week explores a different theme, including reducing stress and anxiety, building balance, evaluating and evolving, and resting, resetting and recharging.

Included each week will be a 50-minute online evening breathwork session, a 15-minute guided morning meditation and one 20-minute evening members’ circle.

The course is £30 for fellow Chamber of Commerce members while Nicola is also offering optional add-ons of two private coaching sessions at £80 and four private coaching sessions at £125.

Nicola, a certified and ICF-accredited transformation coach, launched her coaching business after almost two decades of working in the corporate sector in London.

Her approach to coaching, corporate wellness and breathwork is informed by many years witnessing too many people become too stressed for too long. As well as her individual clients, she also counts Aston Villa, Indeed Flex, Rockstar Equine and MARA Run Club among her corporate clients.

Nicola said: “Autumn is nature’s reminder to pause, reflect and reconfigure as we enter a new season. Whether you’re a business owner or not, this course is designed to help you rebalance and reset both personally and professionally. It gives you the tools and space to slow down, reset your nervous system, and set intentions for the rest of the year.

“Breathwork introduces a pause between stimulus and response.  Within this space is the opportunity to calm the nervous system, remove stressors and gain clarity to make better, more informed decisions.”
