AV and technical production company win top tech award

AV and technical production company, PSP, has picked up the Event Tech of the Year Award at the Exhibition News Awards.

The award recognises the ever-increasing and crucial role that technology plays in delivering events today.

The 2022 Exhibition News Awards showcased the outstanding recovery and talent within the UK and global exhibition industry.

The judges were looking for how technology enhanced an event for the user experience, how it had been developed during the period and how it had benefitted the event commercially.

After a period when no exhibitions could run, the PSP team were delighted to have their the hard work and creativity recognised. Trudy Wilde, PSP 's exhibitions director noted that the award was a testament to the work of the team after two hard years for the entire industry.

She said: “We are really proud of the work on this event and thoroughly enjoyed working with our client so closely to achieve the final result - hearing that the tech provided enhanced the end users experience is all the feedback needed as I know that the team did exactly what we set out to do.

“At PSP Exhibitions we put our clients at the heart of everything we do, we work as an extended member of their team and this project was one we really enjoyed.

“The award is the perfect cherry on the top to this event and I am so proud of all the team in achieving this, it really does mean so much ”.

PSP deliver live and virtual events through a host of equipment including LED and display, wide screen projection, media servers, cameras, vision control, sound, lighting, staging, streaming and webcasting.
