Award win proves coaching business are achieving their vision
As winners of the Outstanding Start-Up Business of the Year Award at the Asian Business Chamber of Commerce (ABCC) awards, a local coaching business has come one step closer to achieving their vision.
The Leadership Coaches were recipients of the award last month and applied for the category after launching their company in January 2020 before the pandemic hit.
The Leadership Coaches are team of inspirational, credible and goal-focused coaches who are on hand to help individuals, teams and organisations reach their potential.
Committed to diversity and inclusion in everything they do, they pride themselves on their ability to supply leadership coaching, management development, bespoke consultancy services, and leadership and management courses.
Hand-picked by the director of coaching Zo� Lewis, the team of coaches are passionate experts that are ready to apply their latest research into their coaching practice.
The company have spent most of their time in business adapting to not only working from home but launching without a primary route to market.
Having been awarded the heroes award by HRH the Duchess of Sussex for their voluntary coaching support for the NHS, RCC, and local support provided to their communities, The Leadership Coaches were thrilled to have won the ABCC award, which celebrates businesses across Greater Birmingham.
