Award-winning recruitment entrepreneur announced as guest speaker for Solihull Awards 2025

Solihull Chamber of Commerce has announced that Scarlett Allen-Horton, multi- award-winning recruitment entrepreneur, will be a guest speaker at this year’s Solihull Awards.

Scarlett (pictured) is also a BBC Apprentice finalist and founder of Harper Fox Search Partners, a purpose led executive search firm.

As a business partner to Lord Sugar, board advisor, and keynote speaker, Scarlett champions leadership, STEM, and EDI. 

She has scaled her business from the ground up to seven figures and is recognised for her impact in recruitment and diversity, with features in The Times, BBC News, and Business Leader. Scarlett also serves as an EDI advisor and Judge.

Scarlett said: “It’s an absolute honour to be a guest speaker for this year’s Solihull Chamber Awards!

“Celebrating the resilience, innovation, and impact of local businesses is more important than ever.

The Solihull Awards 2025 will take place on Friday, 26 September 2025 at the National Conference Centre.

This year’s awards feature a newly-rebranded list of categories, spanning across environmental, non-profit, customer commitment, influencers and more.

The deadline for awards applications is 23:59 on Sunday, 1 June 2025. You can fill out an application form HERE.

The awards are a chance for Solihull businesses to showcase and celebrate their talents and successes over the past 12 months.
