B:Music expands catering experience with new hospitality brand
B:Music, the charity that manages Birmingham Town Hall and Symphony Hall, has expanded its catering with the appointment of a new hospitality brand.
Square Radish Catering and Events are a contemporary hospitality brand powered by the award-winning team behind Mahirs Experience.
As an approved catering partner for Birmingham Town Hall, Square Radish brings together over twenty years of catering expertise, contemporary menu design and a strong commitment to supporting local communities and charitable initiatives across the West Midlands.
The partnership means that organisations and individuals choosing to host events in the Grade I listed Town Hall are not only supporting a Birmingham charity but also helping to sustain a local family-run business with a long history of charitable giving.
Through B:Music, every pound spent on venue hire contributes directly to the charity's work, helping to fund concerts, learning programmes, community projects and opportunities for people across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands to experience the power of music.
Combining fresh, globally inspired menus with over twenty years of catering expertise, the brand delivers corporate hospitality, conferences, workplace dining, exhibitions and events throughout the UK.
Founded in 2005, Mahirs Experience has grown from humble beginnings into one of the Midlands' leading catering and food manufacturing businesses, delivering services for corporate clients, venues, sporting events, conferences and private celebrations.
Beyond catering, the organisation has a long-standing commitment to supporting local communities through charitable fundraising, food donations, employability programmes and community engagement initiatives.
For more than a decade, the business has supported charitable and community initiatives across the West Midlands, raising thousands of pounds and providing practical support for organisations working in areas including homelessness, mental health, domestic abuse, autism and cancer support.
In 2026, this commitment was further strengthened through the formal establishment of the Mahirs Foundation.
Building on this work, the organisation is continuing to expand its community programmes and social impact initiatives, supporting charities, schools, community groups and local organisations across the West Midlands.
Nicole Evans, director of commercial services at B:Music, said: "At B:Music, we're passionate about creating partnerships that deliver more than just excellent events.
“Every conference, reception, celebration or corporate gathering held at Town Hall helps us continue our charitable work, supporting music, education and community engagement across the region.
“Square Radish shares our values around community impact, quality and supporting local people. They are a fantastic local success story, and we're delighted to be working with a family business that has such a strong track record of giving back. Together, we're offering clients an exceptional event experience while ensuring their investment has a meaningful impact on Birmingham and the West Midlands."
The partnership comes as B: Music continues to grow its commercial events offer at Town Hall, one of Birmingham's most recognisable and historic venues.
Square Radish will shortly launch a new menu for Town Hall clients, showcasing fresh, seasonal ingredients and contemporary catering options designed to complement the venue's unique heritage setting.
