Banking group takes out raft of Future Faces memberships
Decade-long Solihull Chamber member, Paragon Banking Group PLC, has confirmed 30 new memberships of the Future Faces, which is part of Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce (GBCC).
The Solihull-headquartered Specialist Bank has been a Premier member of the Solihull Chamber for ten years and has built solid relationships with businesses throughout the Solihull and Birmingham region.
The 30 new members will have the opportunity to network and develop their careers via Future Faces membership.
Anne Barnett, people director at Paragon, said: “Career development for our people showing high potential has never been more important, as we focus on building an agile and flexible workforce with the right skills to meet our customers ' needs and to deliver Paragon 's strategy.
"I am so pleased we have been able to partner with Future Faces, to provide a professional network that helps support our delegates participating in our new learning programme. External networking is such a valuable development tool and one which has helped me enormously throughout my own career. ”
Lillian Elekan (pictured), head of the Solihull Chamber, added: “It 's fantastic to see the investment Paragon Bank has made to the professional development of the future leaders in their organisation by joining the Future Faces network.
"It 's a testament of their commitment to their staff, and will be of huge benefit to the young professionals working at Paragon Bank, enabling them to further their professional development and grow their networks of business contacts within the Solihull and Birmingham region. We look forward to support Paragon Bank and their young talent. ”
